Lemon Posset is inspired by a love of Sherbet Lemon sweets and creamy Lemon Posset puddings.
Kettle soured, tempered with milk sugar then dry hopped with Lemondrop hops, we created a super, refreshing, sour beer to enjoy cold on those hot days that crop up... you know, when you least expect it.

Can from Brew Cavern. Hazy pale orange colour with a white head. Aroma lemon sherbet. Taste sharp to sour lemon. Creamy taste like a lemon tart
