Tuborg Raw is a new type of pilsner. It is unfiltered and organic.
Unfiltered means that the beer is more natural and less processed. Therefore, because the malt, hops and yeast residues are not filtered, the beer’s color appears less clear. This in turn give the beer a more complete and rich taste.
Tuborg Raw is rich in taste and has the same refreshing and thirst-quenching character as Tuborg Green.
Tuborg Raw is brewed on organic ingredients. It bears the Danish eco-label and thus complies with Danish standards for ecology.

Klar gylden farge med en fin tykk hvit topp. Hodet holder seg fint og legger seg i fine ringer nedover glasset. Moderate men grei aroma. Medium kropp og en fin karbonaring. Lett sødme og en slapp bitterhet. Malt, vørter, korn og en lett fruktighet. Nei dette var slappe saker.

From can, consumed on train between Fredericia and Copenhagen 28.07.17. Golden. Aroma and taste of pilsner malt, grass and maize. Bitterness is lingering on.

Boks fra Netto, på hytta: uklar oransjegylden med ok skum. Beskjeden aroma av malt, citrus og noen florale toner. Smaken likeså - grei nok, men ikke mer. Mild bitterhet i ettersmaken. På tide å finne frem cykelen og komme seg ned til Kølsters 12 haner i det nydelige maiværet.

At airport: pours hazy orange with white head. Light grass aroma. Low taste with grass and grain. Not terrible, but slides under radar by being inoffensive.

Draught@Café Mandela, Copenhagen (during CBC yellow-blue break). Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is bread, some toffee, mild yeast as well as some sweet malts. Flavour is sweet malts, some yeast and a bit earthy notes.

Can. Pours hazy pale golden with medium white head. Aroma and taste is just like the normal Tuborg Green -therefore same rating.

Small slightly coarse white head. Slightly hazy yellow body. Peppery mealy aroma with grassy notes. Dryish papery mealy taste with fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Mealy mouthfeel, faintly abrasive. Dryish peppery mealy aftertaste with papery notes. It’s not really bad, but the paper bothers me. (0.33l can, from some grocery store in Copenhagen.)

Draught @ café Mandela, Copenhagen. Between CBC sessions. Unclear golden color with a thin white head. Aroma has grainy malty aroma. Some earthy notes. Grainy malty flavor, quite sweet.

Can. It’s an unclear orange colored beer with a small, dense, white head. Nice curtains. It’s rather grainy on the nose, with fruits and pine cones in the back. It’s medium bodied and sweet on the palate, with a very soft carbonation. Grainy, lightly fruity flavor with too much sweetness. Some bitterness too. Sweet finish with fruityness and grains. Not much interesting going on here. Meh. 160116
