Tuborg Raw is a new type of pilsner. It is unfiltered and organic.
Unfiltered means that the beer is more natural and less processed. Therefore, because the malt, hops and yeast residues are not filtered, the beer’s color appears less clear. This in turn give the beer a more complete and rich taste.
Tuborg Raw is rich in taste and has the same refreshing and thirst-quenching character as Tuborg Green.
Tuborg Raw is brewed on organic ingredients. It bears the Danish eco-label and thus complies with Danish standards for ecology.

Can from a rest area store in Denmark. Aroma is grainy malt, straw, hay, hint of yeast. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Body is light to medium. Drinkable, not a bad unfiltered Pilsner but not very good either.

0.33 l can from 'Netto' (Blåvand). Hazy, amber with a medium large, foamy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, a bit floral aroma of grains, honey and hints of banana. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter taste of grains, honey and some straw, followed by a short, gently bitter finish with a touch of cardboard. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Just okay, not even flawless.

Can from Netto Tårnby. Grainy, wheaty, mostly yeasty aroma with some herbal notes. Yeasty, sweetish grainy-wheaty taste, vague herbal undertones. Okay.

Can. Light hazy amber, eggshell foam. Metallic hop aroma, a hint fruit. Medium body, mellow, lightly flat, lightly sticky towards the end. Apple peel notes, a bit fruit, a hint bubblegum. Eh.

Pours cloudy gold with a large white frothy head. Aroma: good grains, light yeast and fruit. Similar taste. Somewhat harsh bitterness from hop and probably from alcohol as well.
