Extra pale and brewed with loads of Mosaic and Ekuanot hops, and then dry hopped with Ekuanot for good measure. The results are a zesty, lemony clean mouthfeel with candied pineapple tropical blasts and tangerine/melon notes. Unfined and fined versions available.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Cloudy golden with a thick creamy-frothy head. It’s a dry tasting hoppy brew with a late lingering bitterness, although low on flavour.
