A mini version of our IPA, Elevation. Summit hop used for bittering and aroma followed by Mosaic dry hop giving a burst of tropical fruit. Highly drinkable.

Tried at the York Beer Festival. Deep golden colour with a thin head. Certainly not a stand out beer. Light citrus. Medium body.

18/7/2019. Bottle from Vittles and Company, Hull. Pours very slightly hazy pale gold with a good sized white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, passion fruit, grapefruit, malt and lemon zest. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a touch of tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018 - London. Day 1. Pours lightly hazy orange-gold with a frothy white head. Not bad, has some grainy pale malts, rindy orange, bread, pine. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Finishes with more citric hops, melon, tangerine. Not bad.
