ABV: 4.3%. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, marmalade notes, light nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191011]

[Cask a the White Horse, Hedgerley.] A dark amber pour with a loose translucent head; malty aroma; sweet malty taste with a light herbal bitterness; and a biscuity finish. A simple old-fashioned bitter,and there's nowt wrong with that.

7/12/2018. Cask at The Thirty Fifth Pig’s Ear Festival, Hackney. Pours pale amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of fruit, caramel, malt, biscuit and hops. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
