Tried in bottle from Norfolk Food and Drink, Cromer. Cloudy brown colour with a thin head. Aroma earthy and fruity citrus. Taste light sweet. Full bodied.

Bottle. Hoptimism. Deep amber colour. Soft haze. Ring of loose, beige bubbles. Nose has earthy, leafy hop. Brown sugar. Spicy biscuit. Some fruit loaf. Taste is a little sweet, with an earthy, leafy bitterness. Medium body. Fine carbonation. Some Poppyland tartness. Leafy, earthy bitterness to finish. Sad to see the brewer has retired, as I’ve a huge soft spot for these beers.
