Sourdough sour beer brewed in collaboration with Cradle vegan cafe. Brewed with Suffolk barley and sourdough bread made with Suffolk wheat. Aged in oak for 4 months with a mixture of our mixed culture and sourdough starter.

Bottle from Hoptimism. Orange amber colour with a thin head. Aroma is citrus and bready. Taste light sour, fresh and fruity. Medium body.
