Cask (gravity) at Smithfield, Derby. Pours a dark chocolate brown with minimal tan head. Chocolate is the mainstay of the aroma plus hints of malts and coffee. In the mouth it is quite sweet but with touch of sharpness. Roast malts, chocolate and cocoa are the main flavours with hints of vanilla and ginger leading to a fruity and slightly bitter finish. This is nice.
