Cask at Lantern, Halifax. Deep cloudy brown with an off-white creamy head. Has a heavy chilli influence that creates a big fire in the palate. Some chocolate is evident, but this is a very slow sipper. Its aroma has a hint of roasted malt.

Tried at the York Beer Festival. Deep chocolate to black colour with a tan head. Aroma chocolate then chilli. The chilli isn’t to overpowering just Nicky warming.
