Bottle from Stanislaus Brewskovitch, Zwolle. Aroma is malt, caramel, lightly red berries, hint of hops, with an unwelcome touch of buttery diacetyl. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a decent bitterness in the finish. Body is medium. Unimpressive to say the least.

Blik gedeeld door Roelzie. Het is een rooskleurig bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een fruitige en hoppige geur. De smaak is fruitig, caramel achtig en zacht hoppig.

Bottle. Reddish amber color. Butter, vegetable notes and red berries in the aroma and flavor. Malty with firm herbal hops. Hint of diacetyl spoils the fun.

Reddish brown colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of caramel malt notes and a rounded hop bitterness. Good session beer.

On tap at Woodies, Zwolle, Netherlands Monday 24th September 2018 Pours reddy amber with an off white head. Plenty of fruit and toffee come through, it's more a hoppy bitter than a red IPA which is the description. That said it is a very good beer nonetheless. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov15 3.5

van tap @BFGM'18, wazig bruin/rood met witte kraag aroma en smaken van mout, geroosterd, ham en wat bacon, matig bitter, was de laatste van de 4 uurtjes van het festival maar zeker niet het beste.

Bottle from secret Sinterklaas rw80, massive thanks! First beer after a week of being ill, looking forward to this! Bit hazy amber with big beige head. Some roasted malts up front, caramel, fresh baked bread crust. It has a lot of that typical amber ale light roast, slightly earthy. Soft grapefruit and strawberry, a hint of cocoa, light seeds that they put on top of fancy bread loafs. Orange juice? It's medium bitter with just medium caramel sweetness. Mediun bodied with slight dry finish and bit over medium amount of carbonation. It's a decent beer, but more in an amber ale style than any kind of IPA.

Bottle @ home. Red brown colour with a medium sized offwhite head. Smells and tastes sweet, malty, somewhat hoppy, slightly biscuits, yeasty. Medium body, soft to medium carbo.

Gebrande caramel, beetje weeïg. Mist hop. Meer een moutig bier dit, een dubbel maar dan zonder kruidige gist. Of een aangelengde barleywine
