An apricot, Assam and plum Grodziskie (Polish smoked wheat beer). A slight smokiness comes through, with all the classsic flavours of a wheat beer and the added fruitiness of plum, apricot and Assam as well as a plethora of Ekuanot hops. Collaboration with Boutilliers Brewery (Kent).

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Hazy light golden with a hoppy, wine-like sourness.

Bottle from Hoptimism. Cloudy reddish orange colour with a thin disappearing head. Aroma citrus, apricot and very subtle smoke, slight floral. Taste light sour. Fresh crisp body.
