A heavily hopped, yet nicely sessionable hazy pale ale brewed using Simcoe hops. Full of big hitting citrus & stone fruit flavours and notes of resinous pine, with a moderate bitterness on the finish.

Handpull cask at Just Beer Micropub, Newark-on-Trent. Light yellow/cream, hazy with a thin layer of white head. Some natural carbonation. Notes of jasmine, apricot and some apple in the aroma. Sweet taste with some very soft bitterness from citrussy hops in the finish. Guava and apple blossom in the aftertaste. Brilliant little beer.
