Initially brewed for Leeds Beer Week 2018 in collaboration with various local bars, we had a pleasant surprise when a local bar manager turned up unannounced... the name ‘Imposter Infiltrator’ was born that July morning. Generous doses of Amarillo & Ekuanot hops equal one delectably fruity beverage that you’ll come back to time and again.

On cask @ the Orb, Darlington. Appearance - golden to golden amber. Big white foamy head. Nose - orange, light mango & pine. Taste - orange and light caramel. Still something tropical and still the merest hint of pine. Palate - light bodied, dry finish. Overall - nice, possibly in between NEIPA and West Coast in style.

440ml can from the brewery, drunk on my balcony in Langkawi. The beer that is, not me! Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, malt, light citrus, melon, herbal, light floral, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Refreshing in the Malaysian heat, but not as fruity as I expected.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a frothy head. It's a light tasting tropical fruity ale with a sugary nose.
