Available November 2018 - Winter BrewTea is the 2nd tea collaboration beer created with the team at the Tea House Middlesbrough. This beer was developed using a black tea enhanced with flavours of cinnamon and apple to give this traditional dark mild beer the smells and flavours associated with the start of winter. A very unique flavour profile and one not to me missed!

Cask-conditioned at the Brewery Tap, Leeds 11/12/2018. Amber in colour, with a slight, white, head. Malty upfront, with some caramel and fruit, before some tannins and moderately bitter finish. Good.

30/11/2018. Cask at the Dove Winter Beer Festival, Ipswich. Pours dark amber brown with minimal head. Aroma of chocolate, light roasted malt, cooked apples, biscuit, black tea and dark fruits. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, fine carbonation. Cinnamon is quite late developing. Quite nice, certainly better than I’d evoected.
