Blik 33cl thuis. Zachte start daarna redelijk spicy, pepers duidelijk aanwezig. Zachte zoeten, lichte rooksmaak, romig, koffie, bitters, roasted malts. Pepers te overheersend. (13-4-2019).

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours black-brown with a tight, creamy tan head. Quite interesting stuff. Has some mellow roasted malt character, lots of spices, some hot chilli, nips of cinnamon, milk chocolate, spicy ginger. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation and velvety texture. A bit of smokey chipotle in the finish, dark malts, cocoa, more chilli burn, soft roast. Lingering burn in the throat. Fun stuff in a novelty kind of way.

Can from Bottles & Books, Bristol. Near black in colour with a thin, beige, head. Aroma of plain chocolate, chili and spice. Flavour had more of the same with ginger and chocolate upfront, before the chilli warmth kicked in and lingered on after the finish. Very good.
