14/3/2019. Cask at the Leicester Beer Festival 2019. Pours cloudy gold with a bubbly white head. Aroma of fruit, caramel, hops, malt, light tropical fruit, pineapple. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Fruity bitterness increases in finish. Nice one.

Gravity cask at the 2019 Leicester Beer Festival. This is light golden, slightly hazy, with a smattering of uneven white head. Smells sweet - honey, butterscotch, lime zest, coriander, a touch of bubblegum. Tastes sweet as well, with the delicate yest adding complexity: it is slightly tart and a little bitter in the finish, and very warming for the ABV. Body is a bit too thin but overall this is impressive stuff.

Tried at the Leicester Beer Festival 2019. Hazy pale golden colour lots of white head. Citrus and funky aroma and taste. Light sour. Very drinkable.
