We couldn’t sit back and ignore the opportunity to pioneer a sweet American Pale Ale. We throw a cart-load of Summit Hops into the boil, this single hop packing quite a punch! Hints of tangerine and grapefruit hit you, followed up with a nice rounded bitterness. Our American’ has become the go-to A.P.A in our neck of the woods!

Gravity poured, third of a pint: 24th Aug 2016, Peterborough CAMRA beer festival. Amber in colour, the head a thin white affair. Mild citrus front to both the nose and flavours, mixed fruits throughout and subtle compared to most APA’s I have encountered, even UK brewed examples.
