Black, ruby edges, dense beige head
Aroma - roasted malts, soft dark malts
Taste - roasted malts, bitter roast, soft dark malts underneath, hint if very bitter dark chocolate, bit of dark toffee, touch of roast coffee
Palate - medium body, fairly bitter roast. Finish is a bit dry, some bitter burnt crust in the tail
Overall - Robust roasty stout

Tried at the Cardinals Hat. Almost black colour with a light tan head. Aroma roste and malty light coffee. Taste smooth light sweet to dry. Rich smooth and full body.
