And old misfiled bottle. Hazy gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, mildly sweet. Slightly by bitterish but bold Thai spicing. Floral lemon and slightly bitterish floral lime. Floral fruity ginger. Smooth finish. Bitterish floral spicy linger. Ingesting. Hope they do this again with coconut and a little chilli.

5/10/2019. Bottle from Four Hops, Reigate, shared at the Wroclaw GP bottle share. Poured clear pale gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of lemongrass, citrus, grapefruit, lime and ginger. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness, with a tart hint. Moderate body, oily texture, above average carbonation.

Key keg at the Peterborough beer Festival 2018. A hazed dull golden coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is very fragrant, kaffir lime, citrus lime, perfume. Flavour is composed of sharp lime, wheat, perfume, po perrie. Palate is crisp, sharp, prickly carbonation. Not bad.

tried from the Keg bar at the Peterborough Beer festival 2017. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma had those thai flavours, lemongrass, lime and ginger. The ginger isn’t overpowering. Nice and very drinkable,
