Cask at the 35th Luton Beer and Cider Festival. Pours mid to dark brown with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma of turmeric, yeast and burnt wood. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Very strange brew.

Cask @ 35th Luton Beer & Cider Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, malt and hops. Sweet finish. A bit odd.

Cask @ Luton Beer & Cider Festival. Clear very dark brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt, dark chocolate and caramel. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 160218

On tap at the Hop and Barley, Lincoln. Ruby colour with a tan head and some lacing. Fruity sourness aroma and taste that is also light sweet. Medium body.

Cask half-pint at the CAMRA Shrewsbury beer festival on 23rd Sep 2016. Dark brown pour, off-white head. Aroma had malts oozing into my nose, the taste also malt centric with mild chocolate and nutty flavours being marshalled by a firm hop presence. Liked it, my first beer of the evening at the festival and a good start.
