ABV: 4.7%. Clear medium red amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, hay, caramel, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, UK yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, hay, sweet malt, caramel, UK yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191203]

Cask at pigs ear 2019. A hazed reddy amber coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is cinnamon and ginger, woody notes,. Flavour si composed semi sweet z nutty malts, ginger, bark, light grassy hop, spicy bite in the finish. Wood. Palate is drying, grain tannin, moderate carbonation. Good enough.

Bottle from Real Ale. Hazy amber brown colour with a white head. Aroma is spicy cinnamon, and malty caramel. Taste sweet and spicy. Medium body.
