Klar golden/amber med beige, lett luftig topp som varer.
Aroma; pasjonsfrukt, humle, brød toner, lynghonning, fersken.
Smak; fersken, pasjonsfrukt, humle, pære, granskudd, smørblomst, malt.
Fruktig, syrlig. Halvtørr avslutning.

Bottle at home. The colour is slightly hazy copper colour with a huge beige head. Aroma of bread, candy floss, pine, peaches and grass. Flavour of peaches, pine, grassy hops and grapefruit. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a medium level bitterness. Decent but a relatively light for a WC IPA.

Bottled@SBWF2022 Golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some fruity, floral, caramelly and mild nectary tones. Flavour is wooden, some apricots, sweet malts, mild zest, citrus and some slight bitterness to it as well.

Taster at SBWF 2022. Dark golden/amber with a white head. Mild hops, citrus, malt. Quite bitter finish.

(Draught, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 9 Oct 2021) Golden amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with caramel, toffee, citrus and apricots. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of caramel, apricots, orange peel, resin and a balanced citric, resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fairly malty for a WCIPA, but tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Appearance: Amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Hops, malt, citrus, pine.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, hops, citrus.

Klart bärnstensfärgad med bra skum. Humlig smak med mycket tallbarr. Beskan sitter i länge och får smaklökarna att resa sig. Som en IPA smakade innan det blev Del Monte-juice av allting. God!
