Bottle, gift. Nice brown malt aroma with caramel, toasted malt, some fruity notes and a hint of tobacco. Mild to medium sweet and bitter. Light and very drinkable.

Hand-pulled cask pint in The Cock Hotel, Wellington Shropshire on 7th June 2018. Dark mahogany body, smooth off-white pillow on top. Roadside berries, malts and floral notes in the nose, malts ruled the semi-sweet taste. Surprised when I checked the ABV, seemed heavier than 3.8%.
