Bottle from brewpub. Hazy golden colour with a thick foamy head. Lively when opened. Aroma light sour fruitiness. Taste mid bitter.

BCA, present from mate Bob picked up at beer shop in Wells-next-the-Sea. Standard brown pouring beer with busy head. Uninspiring in all areas and something of a disappointment after the earlier Norfolk Nectar I’d had.

[Cask at Volunteers Arms, GBBF 2005] An amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and nuts. The flavor is sweet with light notes of caramel and nuts, leading to a dry roasted end.
