Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Light gold and clear with a foamy white head. Smell of hay with a yrace of lemon peel. Bittersweet and somewhat astringent in the mouth, with a finish that is simultaneously medicinal and buttery. Not an exciting beer.

Tried at the three horseshoes. Waddington. Rich golden colour with a white head. Fruity and summer berry aroma. Taste light sweet to a mid bitter finish.
