330 ml bottle. Unclear golden body with a nice, dense off-white head. Quite strong citric aroma with some grapefruit. Flavor is sweet malt, bitter grapefruit and pine. Nice level of bitterness, but the bitter flavor itself is feels a bit more harsh than fruity. Balanced body and bitter aftertaste. Decent.

Pours amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, bread, citrus, floral and hint of blackcurrant. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long caramel, bready, floral and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Almost clear in the glass, dark amber in color and with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. There’s some nice hoppy notes in the aroma, but it’s too much on the malty side for me. Resins, grapefruit, grass and some citrus peel. Caramel malts, some bread and blackcurrant and a decent piney, grapefruity hoppyness. Full body, soft carbonation. Long finish. A decent beer indeed, but it’s too malty for me. 150911

330ml bottle, # 28, from Vinmonopolet Bestillingsutvalget. Rich off-white, bubbly head with a solid stand leaving nice lacework on the glass. Amber coloured body, slightly cloudy. Malt-fruity aroma, grapefruit and caramel. Pine, wood, dried fruit, and mid-sweet malts in a well-blended taste profile. Lingering bitter ending. Well bodied. Tasty (Tromsø 03.07.2015).

Unclear dark golden color with a frothy big off white head. Citric and malty aroma. Medium (+) body and an average carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Semi dry ending. Citric, some pine and some resin.

Big creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is kind of grassy, weeds, wet grass, minerals, wet leafs, soil, light malts, wet grain, sap. Taste is harsh grassy, bark, soil, weeds, wet grass, paper, wet leafs, old harsh hops, hay. Medium bitterness, harsh watery mouthfeel. Meh!

33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet Alna, Oslo. Pours hazy amber to copper coloured with a nice, off-white head. Fruity and pleasantly hoppy aroma with peaches, moderate citrusy notes, hints of pine, caramel and honey. Medium sweet with fairly pleasant flavours, feels a bitt messy, but works out well in the end. Quite drinkable and refreshing. Can drink more of this, but not on the top of my list.

Fra flaske på M2 mars-15: uklar kobber med kort, hvitt skum. Aroma av vissent, vått gress. Litt engelsk marmelade i smaken, som jeg opplever som besk og ufrisk. 70 IBU, og humlene er iflg. Sigmund Pacific Gem, Centennial og Cascade. Nr. 4 til å rate denne.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 10.11.14. Muddy orange. Beige head. Aroma of orange marmelade and yeast gone sour. Taste of citrus marmelade, lime and sweet grapefruit.
