From recently unearthed notes, drank May 2019. Cask at the Kidbrooke Beer and Cider Festival. Reddish amber pour with a white head. Fruity, malty nose. Malty bitter taste, hints of red fruit and toffee. Lightly bitter finish

Cask-conditioned at the Sussex beer festival, Seven Stars, Bristol 4/1/2011. Reddish amber in colour with a decent, off-white head. Malty, slightly earthy aroma with red fruit and hint of caramel. Flavour of sweetish malts and berry fruit, with along bitter finish. Good.

Cask gravity at Kent BF 07. Red to deep russet, bubbly off white head. Decent choccy, red/black fruity malts. Very good beer, lovely deep malts. I’m impressed. Very drinkable.
