Pale with fruity overtones, infused with ginger. Serve colder than normal for a refreshing spring/summer ale.

Tried at the Newark Beer Festival 2016. Pale yellow golden colour with a white head. Citrus aroma, not much is any ginger coming through. Taste might have warmth from the ginger, but it wasn’t that noticeable.

Cask@GBBF (thanks Mes!). Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and has some honey and mild bready notes as well. Flavour is spices, zest, caramel, herbs, grass and some toffee. Not overdoing the ginger.
