(Bottle) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with apples, pears, herbs, hints of yeast and a touch of lime. Fruity, tart taste with notes of apples, pears, herbs, lime and a generous acidity in the finish. Light body, dry. Crisp, clean and refreshing. Quite nice.
