A great aroma, up front hoppy bitterness, and fruity finish to this golden ale is created with three feisty British hops, First Gold, Admiral, and Bramling Cross.

Handpull cask at the Sorrel Fox, Mountsorrel. Reddish brown and clear with a small cream-coloured head and considerable lacing. Big toffee notes, rich tea biscuit, some red berry on the nose. Taste is sweet and malt-led with just enough hop balance in the finish to make it feel rounded. Full body, low carbonation. A simple stronger bitter done very well.
