Big body from a hedonistic combination of pale malts plus intense hopping in the steep and over-generous dry hopping yields a beer that’s above and beyond an India Pale Ale. Lots of citrus, sage and pine flavour. Not for the faint-hearted

Handpull cask at the Blue Moon, Cambridge, during the NVB Tap Takeover 3 August 2017. Amber/brown. Hazy. Nice little off-white head. Heady aroma of spruce, resin, tropical fruit, white grape. Some light floral notes. Sweet, fruity taste with strong suggestions of guava. Some notable bitterness in the finish. A brilliant cask DIPA.
