BB 03/2023, lot# 21-471.
Dorée pâle, col fin blanc.
Arôme sur une approche DE et même BE au niveau des esters, je retrouve moins le côté banane d'une hefe allemande. Léger houblonné noble, grains concassés.
Palais garde une bonne teneur en bouche, belle effervescence un peu crémeuse en bouche, fine amertume - effet écorce d'orange/citron avec un léger ester allemand qui reste un peu faiblard. Fini est assez sec marqué, rehaussé par l'effervescence - qui donne un côté presque champennois/pétillant mousseux en bouche. Fini sur un fleuri houblonné presque de jasmin, pissenlit. Correcte - juste trop en effervescence.

Tap at Cat Bar. Hazy pale yellow with creamy white head. Creamy wheat, soft yeast, lemon peel, light bread, orange, dusty herbs. Medium sweet and under medium bitter. Medium bodied with creamy wheat feel. OK.

0.33l bottle from lot 14-74. This is a golden slightly cloudy one with a nice big lasting and lacing white head on top. A nice wheat sweetness to the nose. Mild yeasty with traces of pee and mild cardboard. Not horrible at all. Yeah, this is quite a nice wheaty one this. Oranges and wheat in nice harmony. It's above average on the carbonation and it feels nice and oily in the mouth. There's even a little citrus bite here. Not super sour or anything just a little lemony in a way. Easy to drink, easy to like. 08.08.2014

Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a large white head, small bubbles and medium lasting. Aroma is slightly citrus and dominatedby yeast. Flavor is quite similar as aroma with a high presence of yeast and medium bitterness. The final is bittery and a moderate dry. High carbonation.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and light estery. Bitter, wheaty and dry estery. Dry and estery. Light bitter and crisp bitter finish. Crisp grassy.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, straw, and fruits, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Boring.
