A ruby-red bitter, smooth fruity flavour balanced by the bitterness of Hersbrucker and Styrian Golding hops.

9th April 2015: gravity pour at the Isle of Man CAMRA beer festival. Red hue to the amber colour, a creamy head, with good lacing as the beer level fell. Aroma had a malty, fruity feel as did the taste, semi-sweet with a caramel hint or two, the finish slightly more hop bitter than the rest of the beer.

On tap at the Dambusters Inn, Scampton. Deep amber colour with a thick creamy head, and some lacing. Aroma has fruit, and malt. The taste has more fruit, malt and a touch of caramel.
