Bottle conditioned 500ml poured carefully into a UK pint sleeve at home on 30th Oct 2015. No sediment appeared to leave the bottle and I got an amber to terracotta bodied beer that was almost clear, the head a deep, white blanket of lasting foam. Over carbonated or a bit ’green’, this is not the best beer I have had from this small family run brewery. A mild yeasty, not quite ready smell, yet a near skunky aroma hit my nose as well, with a taste that followed the same lines. A lesser man would have drain poured it but I stuck my task and managed to finish the whole 500ml. Scored objectively.

tried at the Three Horseshoes, Waddington. Amber colour with an off white head. Aroma malty fruit, the taste has a decent bitterness and an almost chocolate finish.
