A golden fruity sweetish bitter with a dry hoppy finish. A good light refreshing IPA making it an ideal session beer.

23rd Sep 2016: cask half-pint at the Shrewsbury CAMRA beer festival. Oh dear, I was looking forward to this when I saw it on the beer list: it let itself down somewhat. Cloudy and uninteresting. What was supposed to be a golden, fruity semi-sweet brew with a dry hoppy finish was just an unpleasant mess. The Mild I had from this brewery was fine, but this was very poor all round. Scored kindly as I am sure it did not leave the brewery in such a state.

Tried at the three horseshoes, Waddington. Golden colour with a thick white head. Aroma is citrus fruit and pine, the taste is bold with a mid bitter citrus finish. Thick body. Very nice.
