A very pale, light brew with a complex hop aroma. The continental type palate is from the high proportion of malted wheat and malted barley. First Light heralds the beginning of summer! The beer takes its name from the early morning sun, shining through the east windows of the Brewery as the brewing day begins with ’mashing in’.
