Fruit IPA... Using our classic IPA formula as a foundation with a late house yeast generation bringing out all the ripe stone fruit esters we added fresh pineapple, papaya and passion fruit alongside IDAHO 7 and BRU 1 to this IPA. Naturally soured using the fruit with all the freshness we could squeeze out to boot!

Can shared at THT August ‘19. Mango juice appearance with floaters and brown chunks in the bottom. Aroma of mango juice, tropical fruits, lychee and passion fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (02/08/2019) - hazy yellow with a white head. Juicy tropical fruity with notes of papaya, juicy fruity, light citrus rind bitterness, medium body, lingering fruity finish.
