Draft sample @ Warszawski Festiwal Piwa 2015. brune foncée-ambrée; col épais crémeux blanc-cassé. Arôme au nez lactose, malt léger et chocolaté sur des pointes de grillé. Palais est malté, caramel assez agréable, fini de suite dans la lignée de chocolat au lait. Léger côté lactose restant tout de même modéré avec pour moi un petit côté tourbe. Le tout fini sec/grains. Je ne note pas vraiment le Chinook qui est pourtant si distinct.

Black pour with a fine beige head. Nice lacing. Roasted barley and coffee in the aroma. Medium body and a bit creamy texture. Soft carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Flavor are also dominated with roasted barley and coffee. Some chocolate. Nice and easy to drink stout. I can see that they have used amarillo anc chinook here, hmm wonder where they did go.

Bottle. Aroma is roasted malt, nuts, some milk. Light bitterness, light sweetness. Smooth, good one.
