Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Tart passionfruit. Taste: Starting moderate sour, passionfruit, after short time the salt comes in, becoming stronger towards and at the finish. Light bitterness. Dry-ish mouthfeel. A bit too salty in my opinion. And a bit too much carbonation. Otherwise ok, nice to see a French Gose beer.

Bottle shared in Les Thons. Hazy golden with big fluffy white head. Apricots, passionfruit, salty crackers, tart dough, dry earthy notes. Almost medium salty, light sour and bitter. Under medium bodied. Quite nice, but there’s quite some salt, too much for me 🌊
