Bottle shared at Chriso’s and Ruth pre GBBF shindig, August 5, 2017. Amber pour, not much foam. Honey caramel nose, syrupy. Sweet wort flavour, some honey but overall it’s not really good, bit nasty.

Bottle shared at Chris & Ruth’s pre-GBBF Shindig 2017 - Part 1. A clear reddish brown beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of grainy malt and sweet honey. Taste of honey, grainy malt, caramel, cardboard.

Bottled. A hazy brown beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, snd honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, sugar, malt, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle shared. Very hazy brown with a small white head. Aroma of bees, yay! Nice floral honey bee notes with major bee hive. Flavour is moderate sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at THT. Hazy amber with cream colored short lasting head. Lots of honey, flowers, dry herbal notes, quite some chalk. Like honey dissolved in mineral water. Medium sweet and soft mineral bitter finish. Medium bodied with slight watery feel.

Sampled at THT June tasting. Ruby amber with no head. Thyme honey, bitter hop aroma but very feint bitterness in the taste. Medium body, no carbonation.

Piwo o zmętnionej bursztynowej barwie oraz ładnej gęstej i wolno opadającej pianie. W aromacie wyczuwam jedynie przyjemną miodową nutę. W smaku bardzo przyjemne, poza przyjemnym miodowym smakiem czuć dość słabą goryczkę, która jak dla mnie idealnie tutaj pasuje. Bardzo smaczne i pijalne. Chyba najlepsze miodowe jakie piłem, a za tym miksem zbytnio nie przepadam.
