11/VII/15 - 33cl bottle from the local supermarket @ dormitory (Olomouc) - BB: n/a (2015-913)
Clear blond beer, big creamy off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very herbal, bay leaf, honey, spicy notes. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: bit sweet in the start, honey, spicy touch, sugary, alcohol, on the heavy side. Aftertaste: spicy, bay leaf, coriander, soft hoppiness, or if I may believe my notes: "soft happiness". :p

33cl bottle from Bohemia Deli T2, Prague Airport. Pours clear golden with a white head. Fairly fruity and malty aroma with notes of honey, flowers and light spices. Medium sweet with balanced floral and malty flavours and a mild bitterness. A bit unusual for Czech beer, but fairly tasty. --- Beer merged from original tick of Bohemian Ale 16° on 10 Jul 2015 at 22:44 - Score: 5

bottle from somewhere in Praha, think it was Zly Casy’s Pivoteka. Hazy deep golden colour, mid-sized head. Spicy aroma, yeasty. Full-bodied, sweet malty start, some spices such as clove, also yeasty fruity hints. Not my favourite style, but quite well executed.

Bottle with expiry 07.2016. Light amber colour, clear, nice rocky head that does not stay long. Aroma is faint, with some apricot, a bit of coriander, lots of unpleasant alcohol. Bitterness only from alcohol. Really bad. Previous rating from 12 April 2015: Bottle with expiry 11.2015. Amber colour, hazy, nice rocky head with fair lacing, does not stay long. Aroma is Belgian, fruity, alcohol is noticeable but not unpleasant. Medium sweetness, light bitterness - mostly from alcohol. Full body, lively carbonation. Tastes better when cold. Altogether, it’s a good beer and fits well in the style. 6/4/5/3/16

BOTTLE 33CL. Light fruity sweetness and lots of spice - coriander, white pepper and hell knows what else. The hops if plain to see in the flavour and the spicy finish as well. The Czechs made a pretty authentic Belgian blonde with an extra shot of Czech hops.
