Red wax covered bottle, bloody annoying! Fucking crumbly red wax everywhere, all over the floor, in the sink and me picking it out trying not to get it into the ecosystem! Not picking on doctor brew, but all brewers who think this is a good idea, please kindly fuck off! Almost opaque dark brown beer, tiny pale tan head. Relatively light palate fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Relatively thin dark malts, a little dark chocolate. Fair bit of spice in the mid. A vague musty note, so much for fucking waxed tops! Some dark fruits on the back-end, and more spice. Slightly rough edged imperial stout, but it's ok. Apart from the fucking wax!

Tap (Wlodkowica21, Wroclaw). Barwa ciemno brunatna, bezowo-brazowa piana, obfita i bardzo ladnie oblepiaja scianki szkla. Aromat intensywny, palony z nutami czekolady i szlachetnego alkoholu w tle, bardzo przyjemny. Delikatne w smaku, czekoladowe z palonym pazurem, swietnie zamaskowany alkohol, lekko oleiste, tresciwe ale pijalne. Swietny RIS.

Aromat: Taki jak w typowych black ipa, ortodoksi stylu na pewno się czepną. Wyczuwalne cytrusy, iglaki, mocny aromat amerykańskiego chmielu, lekko kawa, paloność, czekolada. Wygląd: wysoka, drobno-pęcherzykowa piana, świetny lacing Smak: Bardzo aksamitne, pełne, alkohol nie wyczuwalny, dobra pijalność, lekka kawa, czekolada i wyraźna chemilowość. Dość mocna, przyjemna cytrusowa goryczka, przyjemnie kontrująca słodycz, leciutka kwaskowość. Ogólnie: Na pewno nie jest to typowy RIS, ale typowe piwo od doktorów: mocno nachmielone i aromatyczne. Według mnie świetne, ale nazwałbym je jednak kontrowersyjnym.
