On tap at Koht, Tallinn. Slightly hazy deep amber with an off-white head. Strange smoky aroma with tea, coffee, malt and weird herbs. Moderate to medium sweet with unusual flavours and a dry and somewhat bitter finish. Strange, but interesting.

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pours a brown color. The smoke is fairly subtle here, allowing the roasty cocoa aroma and flavor to come through. Easy drinking for a smoke beer.

Many thanks to ArtificialCyst for this bottle! Smooth and fresh with a hint of roast. The smoke arrives in the mainpart and is still subtle with a smooth sourish background. Easy to drink with the smoke being not too intense, the roasty body is soft with hints of grainy sweetness. Fresh and long aftertaste with a nice roasty bitterness and moderate fresh smoke.

Ciekawe typowo degustacyjne piwo z naprawdę wymyślnymi dodatkami, pite w barze więc do powtórki (w domu degustacja na spokojnie), w aromacie wędzonka, torf, delikatna czekoladowa z nutą alkoholową i w zasadzie tyle, nie wiem czy wędzonka za bardzo przykryła wszystko ale chmiele praktycznie nie wyczuwalne. W smaku podobnie z wyraźną goryczką, bardzo ładna miedziana barwa, trochę niska i nietrwała piana. Zdecydowanie do powtórki bo ma potencja.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Trübes dunkel orange goldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Schinken, grüner Hopfen. Geschmack nach grünem Tee, Schinken, super interessant.

Butelka. Miedziane, prawie klarowne. Piana drobnop?cherzykowa, ?rednio trwa?a. Po otwarciu czu? przede wszystkim w?dzonk? (nie strzeli?bym, ?e z herbaty, mia?em skojarzenie z ja?owcow?), w tle nuty torfowe. W smaku dziwne sfermentowane owoce i dopiero po chwili whisky. Ogólnie ma?o przyjemnie. Bardzo wyra?na goryczka. Po ogrzaniu wszystko si? zmienia: torf wychodzi na front, w?dzonka nie jest ju? taka nieprzyjemna i nawet nasuwa skojarzenia herbaciane. Jest o niebo lepiej. Tylko, o dziwo, wszystko psuje zbyt wysoka, jak na ten zestaw smaków, goryczka. Zalegaj?ca i jaka? taka md?a. Nie jest to piwo dla pocz?tkuj?cych ale w ramach ciekawostki warto sprawdzi?. Aha, wspomnianej na etykiecie kawy szuka?em i si? nie doszuka?em.

Bottle (thanks marduk). Pours amber. Aroma is milky, smokey, malt. Flavor is sour, bitter, smoke, malt, black tea. Finish has some cigarette butts. Overall: not good. 4:3:4:2:10=2.3 tried from tap, better, at least drinkable.

500ml bottle. Murky brown colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Smoky, leafy aroma, notes of green tea, Russian smoked tea, tobacco. Taste is fruity hoppy, notes of orange juice and mandarine, smoky, chocolately, and leafy layers, notes of green tea, hints of chocolate and cocoa, coffee interludes. Quite a bit weird and mussy mixture. Somewhere between ingenious and absurd.
