KOMES PORTER MALINOWY (RASPBERRY PORTER) is a dark, bottom-fermenting beer brewed withfruit juice, maturing with "Bourbon" vanilla from Madagascar and Indian chilli peppers. The aroma and the flavour contain chocolate notesand the sweetness of raspberry and vanilla, cut with a delicate spiciness of chilli peppers. The raspberry juice and maturation with exotic additives gives a new dimension to the beer.

Molasses, horehound, soy sauce, raspberry nose. Butterscotch also present. Mahogany, thin head. Horehound, brief pop of sweet raspberry. Cocoa finish. Medium body, easy carbponation. My grandpa, a big fan of horehound and son of a Bielarusian immigrant to the US, would absolutely have loved this.

Burgundy purple pour. Root beer or horhound flavor with plum, raspberry, and slight vanilla flavor. Nice raspberry and chocolate ending.

Bottle from somewhere: pours black with beige head. Strong raspberry aroma followed by some chocolate. Taste is raspberry syrup, which really overpowers the porter elements. Still it tastes like a dark beer for sure. Barely any notes of chili as promised.

A sweet porter. The raspberry is prominent in the aroma, there is no doubt it is there. Sweet, earthy, and a good palate.

Aroma 6. Appearance 4. Taste 7. Palate 4. Overall 13. Raspberry and roasted malt aroma, a hint of vanilla. Sweet taste, raspberry juice, then some bitterness. Palate is on raspberry, quite sweet, and cocoa beans.

Bottle at home. Pours deep reddish brown, nose is marshmallow, roasted malts, raspberry, liquorice, taste is sweet, tart raspberry, creamy, chocolate, just a hint of the chilli.

$3.86 pint+ bottle, TWSP. Hazy dark brown, almost black, with a soft brown head. Aroma is filled with raspberries and chocolate. Flavor is sweet raspberry, sweet chocolate. Big flavors, perhaps too sweet.
