KOMES PORTER MALINOWY (RASPBERRY PORTER) is a dark, bottom-fermenting beer brewed withfruit juice, maturing with "Bourbon" vanilla from Madagascar and Indian chilli peppers. The aroma and the flavour contain chocolate notesand the sweetness of raspberry and vanilla, cut with a delicate spiciness of chilli peppers. The raspberry juice and maturation with exotic additives gives a new dimension to the beer.

Raspberry and some roast. Caramel and light coffee. Doesn't balance super well and a little too sweet. Black pour with mocha head and lacing. Very sweet end. Bottle from Total wine.

Bottle from Tavour. Bottle smokes a bit upon opening. Dark brown, flat. Aroma is all raspberry . Taste brings more berries in a healthy amount. Theres a porter in there somewhere, but this is all about the fruit.

500 ml bottle into snifter, bottled in 2018. Lot number 56/36/18/1. Pours nearly opaque dark brown/black color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky khaki head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/lightly tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seed, milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, vanilla, toffee, brown sugar, roasted nuts, and toasted brown bread; with light notes of coffee, chili peppers, raisin, plum, fig, date, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of raspberries, vanilla, dark/roast/bready malt, and light earthy hop/chili pepper notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/lightly tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seed, milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, vanilla, toffee, brown sugar, roasted nuts, and toasted brown bread; with light notes of coffee, chili peppers, raisin, plum, fig, date, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Mild herbal, grassy, roasted bitterness; fruit tang/tartness; and chili pepper spice on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy raspberries, fruit skin/seed, milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, vanilla, toffee, brown sugar, roasted nuts, toasted brown bread, coffee, chili peppers, dark fruit, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, vanilla, dark/roast/bready malt, and light earthy hop/chili pepper flavors; with a solid roasted roasted bitter/sweet and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no cloying flavors after the finish. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no yeasty notes present. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/velvety, and lightly sticky/chalky/acidic/tangy mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 8.5%. Minimal lingering pepper heat through the glass. Overall this is an excellent fruited Baltic porter. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, vanilla, dark/roast/bready malt, and light earthy hop/chili pepper flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink with the mildly bitter/tart/drying finish. Awesome balance of jammy raspberries, vanilla, and rich malt complexity; with mild hops and chili pepper presence after the finish. Not overly roasty. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Pours very dark brown with a nice shade of red when held to the light. Medium, tanned, stable head. Smell is raspberry, rather jam-like, syrupy, tad sweet, sugary even. Taste is nicely balanced raspberry ( though a bit to jammy for my taste), over a chocolaty base. Even some mils spicy notes! I found out only whilst drinkin it, there's actually some chili in here. Quite a nice touch. Keeping the beer from being to sweet overall. Decently full-bodied, and a avarage to low average ( I'm Belgian, so perhaps used to overcabronation) carbonation. I quite like this one, to be honest!

500ml bottle. Darkest brown colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige to tan head. Slightly ephemeral, fruity aroma, intense notes of raspberry, widely disguised, chocolately, dark malty background; with some time the raspberry notes partly give way for minimally smoky, peppery, chipotle flavours. Taste is sweet, dark malty and fruity, notes of dark chocolate, caramel, raspberry, a touch of vanilla, peppery hints of chili with accumulating spiciness. Oily to creamy texture, smooth an dsoft palate, lingering, minimally sticky finish. Technically too sweet and slightly artificial - but really yummy as well.
