KOMES PORTER MALINOWY (RASPBERRY PORTER) is a dark, bottom-fermenting beer brewed withfruit juice, maturing with "Bourbon" vanilla from Madagascar and Indian chilli peppers. The aroma and the flavour contain chocolate notesand the sweetness of raspberry and vanilla, cut with a delicate spiciness of chilli peppers. The raspberry juice and maturation with exotic additives gives a new dimension to the beer.

[ As Fortuna Komes Porter Malinowy ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, sweet berries, rapsberry, sweet vanilla. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, raspberry, sweet vanilla, dark malt, roasted, light licorce - chili ! Bottle (from ebrowarium.pl). Pours dark brown. Aroma is massive strawberries, soap, chocolate, booze. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, chocolate, strawberries. Finish is sweet and roast, chocolate. Overall: very good.

Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours mid to dark brown with a maroon tint and a small beige head. Aroma of raspberry, cherry, chocolate, malt and toffee. Medium to heavy sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch of sour. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Many thanks for this beer to Grzesiek79. Pours a very dark brown color. Aroma has roasted malt, raspberry, coffee notes. Sweet flavour, slightly sticky.
