Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Hazy darker golden with white head. Nice funk, dry woody sherry with light oxidized notes, vanilla, raisins, walnuts. Medium sour, very light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Great!

Apparently a 2016 bottle slipped through, I'm not complaining. Lovely gueuze blend in an Oloroso barrel. Some sweetness from the sherry, lots of old oak and a bit of grapeyness. Gueuze is nicely dry and sour, plenty of goat.

Magnum, sabred by Raf at the end of the 101% gueuze tasting. Excellent and pretty dry blend, with some sourness, little bit of vinegar, some apple and some nice funk. Oloroso adds smoothness and a hint of sweetness. Plenty of wood in the background.

Bottle @ Aarons Oldman Buttcrack Share thanks to Mads! Pours lightly hazy golden with a frothy white head. Aromas of heavy oloroso, oxidized sherry, orange peel, oak, forrest floor, mushroomy funk, light smokey notes, citrus. Taste has lots of citrus, light herbal, subtle bitterness, orange, oak, oxidized sherry flavours.

Shared by raf from a 6l bottle, at the 1280 1y birthday bash. Pours unclear, darker blonde. SMall white head. Smell is full, sharp, tad tart, oaky, very mild olorosso dryness. Taste is full, intense olorosso sherry. Oak full raisins, dried fruits, lambic tartness, blended rediculously well. This compares only to the likes of zenne B1, and dare I say, maybe even surpasses that, as sherry is much more opened up in this one. Pretty damn amazing, really soft and accessible. I hope to one day be Lucky enough to try it again. And again. And again.

This was a bit dull first time I tried it at MBCC this year but now the raisin oloroso sherry character is definitely whinging through. Good and complex stuff!
