Draught @ Labeerynt, Gdansk. Listen at 7,3/18 plato. Pours hazy golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, little caramel, rich fruity hops, peachy, light parfume. Flavor is sweet, malt, yeast, light caramel fruity hops, again a little parfume. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. 051117

Barwa złota, zmętnione, piana biała, niezbyt obfita, ale się trzyma. W aromacie cytrusy, owoce tropikalne, iglaki, siano, brzoskwinie. W smaku półwytrawne, wyraźne cytrusy, owoce tropikalne, dochodzi nafta, estry i fenole trochę jak w Saisonach, jest siano, przyprawy. Cebulka, szczypiorek na granicy autosugestii. Goryczka niska do średniej, przyjemna, wysycenie średnie, ciała nie brakuje przyjemne się pije. Ciekawe połączenie, taki trochę American Saison. Piwo jest zbalansowane, bez wad. Jedyne do czego można by się przyczepić to nieco za mała goryczka.

Very hazy amber - gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable carbonation. Smooth dry malts, light sweet. Fruity funk and mild pine. Light ripe citrus. Trace of sherbet. Mild tangerine. Some spicy bitterness on the dry finish. Floral linger. Not bad, plenty going on.

Butelka. Żółtopomarańczowe, zmętnione. Piana grubopęcherzykowa, szybkoopadająca. Aromat najpierw kojarzy się z truskawką i maliną, potem troszeczkę cytrusów i żywicy. Cebulka/szczypiorek gdzieś w tle, na granicy autosugestii. W smaku delikatnie kwaskowe, z dość niską goryczką. Specyficzne, dziwne uczucie z jednej strony pełni (od smaku?), a z drugiej wodnistości (mało gęste). Ciekawe, ale tyłka nie urwało.

Tap (Szynkarnia, Wroclaw). Metne jak bloto z kaluzy, lekko cytrusowe z delikatna nuta kiszonej kapusty i lekko pikantna nutka w smaku. Ciekawe piwko a na pewno interesujace i niepowtarzalne.
