On tap at Håndverksølfestivalen 2017. An unclear golden-orange colored beer with a minimal sized off-white head. It's fruity on the nose, with a light white bread aroma in the back. Citrusy funk, vinegar notes and a lactic touch. It's tart as hell, dry and nicely carbonated, with both vinegar, lactic acid, lemon and a generic fruityness. Notes of white bread in the finish. Lasting citrusy, funky and tart finish. Sure nice, but perhaps a bit too much on the sour side. 170610

Golden with a white head - Nice sour malt aroma with wood - Sour malt body with wood and some fruity notes and small hints of vinegar - The sour fruity woody flavour with hints of vinegar goes into the finish - This was real good and somewhat refreshing

Gulbrun tåkete med lavt hvitt skum som forsvinner helt. Lukter urter og noe animalsk. Smaken eksploderer, denna var sur. Rabarbra, bæreddik, rips, kjenner lagringen...eik, trevirke. Tørr og sur hele veien.

Unclear golden color with a small white head. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Quite acidic this one. Not for everyone. Green apples, citric, fruity and yeast in the flavor. Refreshing ale.
